Undang-Undang Dasar Sosialis Republik Rakyat Demokratik Korea (Hangul: 조선민주주의인민공화국 사회주의헌법; MR: Chosŏn Minjujuŭi Inmin Konghwaguk Sahoejuŭi Hŏnpŏp) adalah undang-undang dasar Korea Utara. Undang-undang dasar ini disetujui oleh Majelis Tertinggi Rakyat ke-6 dalam rapat pertama tanggal 27 Desember 1972, dan telah diubah dan ditambah pada 1998, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2016 dan dua kali pada 2019. Undang-undang dasar ini menggantikan undang-undang dasar pertama negara ini yang disetujui pada 1948.

Undang-undang dasar ini terdiri atas tujuh bab dan 172 pasal dan mengatur asas Korea Utara mengenai politik, ekonomi, kebudayaan dan pertahanan nasional, hak dan kewajiban warga negara, serta susunan pemerintahan Korea Utara dan simbol nasional negara.

Korea Utara juga diatur oleh Dasasila untuk Pendirian Sistem Ideologi Monolitik, yang beberapa orang menyatakan bahwa prinsip tersebut menggantikan konstitusi dan secara praktik menjadi hukum tertinggi negara.^[1]^[2]^[3]
