^AEK Athens were deducted 3 points by court decision.[33]
Note: Match was initially scheduled on Sunday, 23 December 2018, but Matchday 15 of Greek Super League was postponed because of a strike declared by Greek referees after the incident with referee Athanasios Tzilos (attacked and beaten up by 4 assailants outside his home in Larissa on 19 December).
Note: Match was played behind closed doors. Deputy Minister for Sports Giorgos Vassiliadis acknowledged in a statement that the authorities were unable to ensure the security of the final, citing recent tension between hardcore fans of the two clubs. The unusual decision followed violent clashes between PAOK and AEK hooligans in the two previous finals of the Cup, in Volos in 2017 and at the Olympic Stadium itself in 2018.*Dimitris Pelkas was voted Man of the Match by PAOK fans. Chuba Akpom earned the MVP of the Final award.
