Caloocan's 2nd districtIncumbent Mitzi Cajayon (Lakas–CMD) is running for a second term. She was elected under PDP–Laban with 35.20% of the vote in 2022. Cajayon's lone opponent, former Representative Edgar Erice (Liberal), was disqualified by COMELEC from this race due to his “false and alarming” criticism on the contract entered by COMELEC and Miru Systems for the 2025 elections.[3]

Term-limited incumbent Luis Campos (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for mayor of Makati. He was re-elected with 91.75% of the vote in 2022.

MandaluyongIncumbent Neptali Gonzales II (National Unity Party) is retiring. He was re-elected with 78.18% of the vote in 2022.
