Center Township, Lake County, Indiana
Center Township is one of eleven townships in Lake County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 38,630, containing 15,192 housing units,[3] up from 31,756 in 2010.[4]
GeographyAccording to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 39.94 square miles (103.4 km2), of which 39.35 square miles (101.9 km2) (or 98.52%) is land and 0.59 square miles (1.5 km2) (or 1.48%) is water.[4] The township includes the city of Crown Point as well as portions of the town of Cedar Lake.
