Paolo Bergamo is an Italian-American entrepreneur and CEO of Field Service Management company OverIT.

Education and career

Paolo Bergamo earned his PhD in Electronics Engineering from the University of Ferrara in 2002. Following this, he pursued post-doctoral research at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in electronics and mobile technology.^[1]

Bergamo joined Salesforce in 2006. By 2016, Bergamo became Senior Vice President (SVP) and General Manager (GM) of Salesforce's Field Service Lightning product.^[2]^[3] In 2020, Bergamo served as the Interim Country Leader for Salesforce Italia, where he was responsible for overseeing the company's operations in Italy.^[4]

In 2021, Bergamo was appointed CEO of OverIT, a company specializing in Field Service Management solutions.^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8]

Since 2021 Bergamo has been a senior advisor at Bain Capital.^[9] In 2022, H-Farm, a venture builder, appointed Bergamo as a new member of the board of directors.^[9]
