Reigns
As of January 31, 2025, there have been 11 reigns between 11 champions. Jordynne Grace was the inaugural champion. Grace is also the youngest champion at the age of 25, while PCO is the oldest, winning the title at 56. Joe Hendry's reign is the longest at 266 days, while Laredo Kid's reign is the shortest at 29 days.
Steph De Lander is the current champion in her first reign. She was awarded the title on the January 23, 2025 episode of Impact! as result of her "divorce" from previous champion PCO. In reality, PCO's TNA contract had expired.
In storyline, De Lander was awarded the championship following a divorce settlement with PCO, who had been her storyline husband; in real life PCO's contract with TNA expired, and on January 19 PCO made an appearance at a Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) event in which he legitimately aired his grievances with TNA management, before attempting to destroy the championship belt with a sledgehammer.
