Currently the edits you are making via the visual editor are being marked as 'minor'. Edits should only be marked minor if they are minor corrections (spelling, punctuation etc) the reason for this is that quite a lot of editors have their watchlists set to ignore minor edits, so when significant content is added under a 'minor' tag, it gets missed. Normally we do not link to disambiguation pages (for the reason above - they exist to point to other articles) however in this case as there are a variety of Shearwaters that can be called 'Muttonbirds' there isnt a specific article to point to.
