--Lajmmoore (talk 08:07, 29 September 2024 (UTC) via MassMessaging William Green NZ ComposerHello. The page I created about him has been removed. He lives in Auckland. I don't understand wikipedia very well. Could you look into this please? I left messages with the deleter but they don't appear to be active now for many days. I left a message on an administrator's page but have had no response. Thank you for your help. Kelly222 (talk) 22:17, 29 September 2024 (UTC)
Hi, Prosperosity! I'm working on improving the article on Ovalipes catharus, and I noticed you're working on improving coverage on Aotearoan history and that you added information about Māori art cited to Vennell (2022) (I'm unfortunately unable to find a copy at any libraries near me to look into this in more detail). I was wondering if you happen to know of any specific piece of Māori containing Ovalipes catharus and if there exists an image of it which is suitably licensed for Wikimedia Commons. I'm hoping to place an image of the artwork in that section to show off an example. All the best, TheTechnician27 (Talk page) 16:15, 9 October 2024 (UTC)

--Lajmmoore (talk 20:43, 29 October 2024 (UTC) via MassMessaging Disputed non-free use rationale for File:YentownSwalmusicvid.jpgThank you for uploading File:YentownSwalmusicvid.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale. If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. — Ирука13 03:52, 9 November 2024 (UTC) ArbCom 2024 Elections voter messageHello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add November 2024Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! UtherSRG (talk) 23:11, 23 November 2024 (UTC)

You can find it here: User:Whaleyland/Template:Auckland Libraries list. I was planning to make it live when more library pages were added, but that seems to be happening far too slowly. – Whaleyland (Talk • Contributions) 05:44, 31 January 2025 (UTC) |
