Several proposals have passed outright and will proceed to implementation, including creating a discussion-only period (3b) and administrator elections (13) on a trial basis. Other successful proposals, such as creating a reminder of civility norms (2), will undergo further refinement in Phase II. Hi, Astraflorix, since the WMF does not collect personal data about you, you can be of any age to edit! However, you may want to have a look at WP:YOUNG. I'm not entirely sure by what you mean "this user is ___", but I presume you are talking about userboxes – Wikipedia:Userboxes has a collection of them, but do let me know if you need any help with that.

@Madenge Nyerere: In most cases, yes. Once you become extended confirmed, you will be able to use Special:ContentTranslation, but until then, you will need to manually translate them. Since different wikis have different policies and criteria on what's determined to be notable, it is advisable to create a draft. Make sure you provide appropriate attribution as this is legally required – hope WP:TRANSLATE gives some some good advice.
