Albana (artist)
Albana Bilalli (born July 27, 1989, Pristina, Kosovo), known professionally as ALBANA, is an Albanian singer, songwriter, and music composer. She is known for her performances across various music genres, including soul, R&B, funk, and jazz.[1][2] EducationShe began her musical education in Pristina, starting with lower music school and continuing through to completing a Master's degree in classical singing (mezzo-soprano) at the University of Pristina's Faculty of Music and Arts in 2014-2015.[1][2] CareerShe was once the vocalist of the band "Offchestra."[3] Throughout her career, she has released a number of songs and participated in several festivals, including "Top Fest 4" in 2007 with the song "Me Mungon," "Kënga Magjike" in 2009 with the song "Largohem Vetë," again in the same festival with the song "Akull" in 2013, and later in "Top Fest 12" in 2015 with the song "Dielli Lind Perseri.".[2][3] She represented Kosovo with traditional Albanian songs in Expo Dubai 2021.[4] Albana released two singles in 2022: "Gentleman" and "Too Strong".[5][6][7] She composed and wrote "Too Strong" herself, while the orchestration was created in collaboration with Hayden Chisholm.[7] In January 2023, Albana released the song "We Go Down Together," which is part of her album Free, a collaborative project with Hayden Chisholm[8] Albana returns with her new song, “I Can Never Get Enough” a project accompanied by a music video, now available on her official YouTube channel.[9] DiscographyAlbums References
