AviAlliance
AviAlliance[1] is an airport management company headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany.[2] The company was founded in 1997 as Hochtief AirPort, a subsidiary of the international construction service provider Hochtief. Since 27 September 2013, the company has been owned by a subsidiary of the Public Sector Pension Investment Board.[3] AirportsAviAlliance acquires interests in privatized airports and operates them – together with the other shareholders – as independent commercial enterprises. AviAlliance supports the operational and economic management of airport holdings. It was announced in November 2024 that AviAlliance had acquired UK Airport operator AGS Airports for £1.53 billion, with the deal to be completed in 2025.[4] As of 6 June 2024 AviAlliance holds shares in the following airports:
