Bilqees Mukhtar is a Pakistani politician who had been a Member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, from 2002 to May 2018.

Early life and education

She was born on 23 May 1969 in Karachi.^[1]

She earned the degree of Bachelor of Arts from Abdullah Government College for Women.^[2]

She was re-elected to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh as a candidate of MQM on a reserved seat for women in 2008 Pakistani general election.^[2]

She was re-elected to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh as a candidate of MQM on a reserved seat for women in 2013 Pakistani general election.^[5]^[6]
