She is the sister and wife of Zeus, the daughter of Rea and Cronus, and the mother of four daughters- Eve, Aris, Hephaestus and Eileithiia.[2] LooksIra is a beautiful young woman, sometimes wearing a high cylindrical crown. She has an emblem that includes a scepter topped with a cuckoo and a pomegranate, the symbol of married love and fruitfulness. Ira has a peacock sacred to her, showing the services of the hundred-eyed Argus.[2] References
