Novolugovoye (Russian: Новолуговое) is a settlement (a selo) in Novosibirsky District of Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia. The administrative center of Novolugovskoy Selsoviet. It is bordered by Pervomaysky District of Novosibirsk. GeographyInya River is a natural border between the settlement and Pervomaysky District of Novosibirsk.
