Zou Meirong
Zou Meirong (born 1 September 2000)[1] is a field hockey player from China, who plays as a forward.[2] CareerUnder–18Zou Meirong made her junior international debut for China in 2018. She represented the national U–18 team at the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, where she won a bronze medal.[3] National teamIn 2021, Meirong made her international debut for China. She represented her country at the Asian Champions Trophy in Donghae, winning a bronze medal.[2] She didn't represent the national team again until 2023. She appeared during season four of the FIH Pro League, as well as in a test series against Australia in Perth.[4][2] Later that year she won her first gold medal with the national team, taking home the title at the Asian Games in Hangzhou.[5][6][7] A month after the Asian Games, Meirong also won bronze at the Asian Champions Trophy in Ranchi.[2] In 2024, Meirong has represented China in season five of the FIH Pro League and at the International Festival of Hockey in Perth.[8][9] References
